Statistics of Causal Studies

In this course we learn about the theory and practice of using statistics to make causal arguments. The course will consider experimental design, observational studies, counterfactual models, partial correlation, and corroborative evidence. We shall draw upon many practical examples and case studies. 

The course will cover the following topics: 

  • Experimental design
  • Observational studies
  • Correlation and causation 
  • Causal models
